I have always joked with people that my R&R is going back to the daily grind. My "vacations" typically leave me physically exhausted! I love climbing mountains, hunting and fishing in places where most don't dare to go, exploring remote country and being around others who dare to walk on the wild side. Going back to the daily grind is my way of rebuilding for the next adventure which I think is so important for your overall health. Train hard, work hard, play hard, live easy - It's all a balance. There's nothing finer than enjoying a brew with great friends or lending a helping hand to a neighbor on top of a good horse.
This is just my way of getting a little R&R.
PEACE OUT ~ ML
